HR Admin - Intern

At Locusview, we help energy utilities build a safer world and prepare for the challenges of building smarter energy infrastructures. Our AWS-based SaaS platform helps clients digitize their projects.
We are growing and looking for an energetic, smiling, positive attitude HR Admin to join our team!
This position requires 20 -24 hours per week. The position requires working on-site in Chicago, with a commitment to being in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, as well as one additional day (either Monday or Friday).
What you’ll do:
- Managing the front desk; being the first point of contact for our company, welcome guests and greet people who visit at the office.
- Responsibility for all office operations and logistics including: maintenance, ordering office supplies & equipment.
- Assisting with IT troubleshooting
- Closely collaborating with the HR Team on different assignments; welcoming candidates, events planning, social media operation and administrative help.
- Responsibility for local shipping and deliveries to/ from suppliers.

- Prior experience in event planning/coordination
- Prior experience/knowledge of photoshop
- Familiarity with Google suite
- IT troubleshooting experience (setting up a printer, desktop setup)
